The goal of the morning walk is to get as much sunlight and give your body a chance to start producing cortisol – a hormone that helps us to naturally produce energy and makes us motivated for a long day of learning. A morning walk will also ensure that you produce less cortisol during the evening. Just a little extra incentive to get out of the bed.
